Adrift on currents of earthly bliss
Two young hearts with one ancient soul
Rejoined for a moment in a journey retold
Images echo off memories facade
Colors fade from life's painted canvas
While hues of color dull with each passing year
Yet, return with brilliance by notes of their song
Warmth recaptures the essence of passion
As dreams resonate through their very core
Forever lost, yet infinitely found
